Judy’s Numbers Game #132, July 13, 2026

Another week of my life passed by and today it is again the day of Judy’s Numbers Game. It is and we looked in our archive for pictures which has „749“ in the filename.

And here again 10 pictures with that criteria from my archives. Enjoy

Although I am not a great nature and flower enthusiast in my photographer’s life, I just capture such things sometimes.

In July 2011, this Blue Water Lilly was growing in a small pond near the restaurant we had our business dinner. After the dinner, the whole „team“ made a walk through the park and I prefered to have some time with me and my camera,

Early evening or late afternoon in Orlando / Florida in August 2014.

This portrait of my son’s cat „Easy“ makes me a little sad. She was a member of our family, a part of all of us. One day, she came back from the nearby fields with stomach cramps and foam at the mouth. We suspect she had eaten a bait containing rat poison. She died a painful death in our arms. That was on October 16, 2020. And we still miss her, our little queen.

October 2015. Bryce Canyon. Big impressions and a lot of photos.

In Iceland at the Dyrhólaeyjarviti Lighthouse, this Puffin is watching something much more interesting than me and my camera.
(July 2017)

One of my workshop sessions in Switzerland. I had the chance to meet Moira Menari in the photostudio in December 2029.
Moira is a Switzerland-based professional performer, dance world champion in contemporary dance and a seven-time Swiss champion in jazz and showdance.

Currently, she is performing as a dancer in the musical Keep Cool, touring throughout Switzerland.

At the Hohenlohe Open-Air Museum, I was fascinated by this wooden gear, which is probably no longer fully functional.
(August 2025)

This silverbird is a Lockheed P38 „Lightning“, one of the fastest compat planes in WWII. Fortunately this machine is now just flying displays at flight events like the „OTT“ on Hahnweide in Germany. (September 2025)

Also in 2025, but in November, in Stuttgart were the „Christmas Garden“ days in the „Wilhelma“
Wilhelma is a zoological and botanical garden set within a 19th-century park that is a designated historic landmark. The combination of a zoo, a botanical garden, and a historic park is what gives Wilhelma its great value and special charm.

And as a final „749“ picture there is Daria Verbitskaya from „Flight of Passion“, performing at the World Christmas Circus 2025 on December 27, 2025.
Some days later, she and her partner Dmitry had a serious accidence during the performance and had to be carried to the hospital. In the meantime, they are back and we hope, especially Dmitry, who had broken feet, will be back soon in the world of artists.
