After a break last Monday (I was on a short trip to the Baltic Sea for four days), today I am back with the pictures who have the number 246 in the file name.

On October 16,2011this was the view from the Hohenneuffen Castle ruins of the Swabian Alb.
Hohenneuffen Castle is a large hilltop castle located above the town of Neuffen in the Esslingen district of Baden-Württemberg / Germany.
On the first day of December 2013, I spotted this reflection in the glass facade of a high-rise building in Kowloon, Hong Kong.


During our first trip to the U.S. in the summer of 2014, we were captivated by the light show at Walt Disney World Resort (U.S.): Orlando, Florida
In the summer of 2017, I had the opportunity to experience the fascination that whales hold for us humans. True to the „Nature First“ philosophy, we set out with a small group in a slow boat and waited patiently for the large mammals.

During Carnival season, our city of Schwäbisch Gmünd hosts the International Guggenmusik Festival. Music groups from Germany, Switzerland, and other European countries gather to parade through the city and celebrate Carnival with quirky, loud music. Of course, the musicians also dress up and wear masks.

Dinkelsbühl, a well-known historic town in Middle Franconia, Bavaria. I love taking nighttime photos because they really bring out the buildings in a different, more striking way.

The island of Rügen in the Baltic Sea is home to several seaside resorts and piers. One of them is the pier in Selin, which I photographed in October 2022. It was a gray day, so I decided to take a black-and-white photo.
